Max Value and SAI develop training on living wage

Max Value and SAI jointly develop a training program on the topic of living wage. Participation in the program is possible in Amsterdam or New York. All trainings will be delivered in English. The first training is scheduled on the 1st of October in Amsterdam.

The training will pay attention to both the conceptual and practical aspects of a living wage, among which:

• The definition of a living wage and the position in international standards and guidelines;
• The available living estimates and the way they have been calculated;
• The gap between legal minimum wages and living wages;
• The integration of living wage in the due diligence programs of organizations;
• The implementation of a living wage in the supply chain.
